Eli Levy - CEO & Director of Culinary Operations

With over 35-years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry, Eli possesses a wide array of proficiency in hospitality management, culinary operations, and restaurant development encompassing night clubs, multi-unit operations for high-end steakhouses, gastropubs, and fast-food franchises. With humble beginnings in the premier high-end Executive Chef Program at the Dan Hotels Corporation in Israel, and emigrating to operate night clubs in NYC, Eli is a true restaurateur, entrepreneur, and a hospitality-centric culinary director at heart.

Eli’s corporate multi-unit operational experience stems from his decade-long career at Smith & Wollensky Steak Houses where he swiftly became Director of Training and Director of Operations for the entire company, responsible for opening and managing brand-new turn-key operations from New Orleans, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington DC to Columbus, Boston, Dallas, and Houston. Eli opened One CPS at the iconic Plaza Hotel with Corporate Executive Chef David Burke, as well as Maloney and Porcelli. He also served as Vice President and GM of the prestigious South Beach Location.

Subsequently, Eli became the proprietor and culinary director of the Atlantic Fish & Chophouse in Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard, the premier Mediterranean Steakhouse on the island. Utilizing his Mediterranean roots, as well as his intimate knowledge of steak-house operations, the Atlantic has turned into the premier restaurant in Edgartown, known for its robust culinary expertise, masterfully curated wine list, and enticing ambiance.

In tandem, Eli, through his private consulting brand, Daiza Restaurant Group, was hired as the director of F&B operations for the Boat House Club, in Edgartown, MA overseeing dining as well as high-end private events for club members including 400+ guest weddings during season. Under this same private label, he also contributed to the development and oversight of Queensfort Capital’s St. James Restaurant Division Sonic Beach project, as well as their casual dining concept The Atlantic Surf Club. Daiza Restaurant Group also opened the first true gastropub in West Palm Beach, The Alchemist, which brought curated craft cocktails, a comprehensive steak program, and international pub fare to Palm Beach County.

In 2022, entering the post-pandemic world, Eli launched his new hospitality consulting brand, Lyon Hospitality Co., with a mission to assist restaurants with operations, branding, and menu development.
